What options are there and what's the difference between bigger rads & slim fans on offer? They seem to vary a lot in price for what seems the same product.

You only need the slimline fans if you physically can't fit the OE ones, which is only normally the case with the 65mm intercooler AND 50mm radiator. If you have just the 50mm intercooler, you shouldn't need the slimline fans.
