PC based Pectel Monitor Software - 100% FREE

Can any one post a .bin that works with this monitor (without using pectel-board on L8)?
Both L8 and P8 bins would be nice

Got a copy somewhere and the lead ,had it working on windows 7 and xp on USB , trying to sort it with rs bowk as we speak? Sending the lead and software Friday to him ,but the data stream need to be switched on on the chip or pectel board
