Potential orders for 18 inch escoz replica wheels

To be honest with you: I really love those 18 inches. But the fact that I know we can have them made in China for well under 600 GBP a set keeps nagging me. I don't see why anyone should pay any more than 150 GBP per wheel in these days.

As mentioned before, I have produced many parts in China and I have business associates who can check quality etc.etc. and I was never disappointed in quality. I wouldn't go for anything less than 100%.

So anyone who wants to walk this route with me and can lend/sell me 1 immaculate 18 inch wheel including cover - would be awesome. I'm willing to take the financial risk there for the first order of, say, 50 sets.

the covers are genuine ford ones so you can easily buy one new,finding someone to lend you a rim though may be another matter

The China route does seem a good option rather than being held to ransom in the uk.

As long as they are as good and perfect copies then they will sell

Also the UK ones have been safety checked

Me 2 I'm out if the price is gonna be higher it's way too much for a set of wheels.... potentially 2k plus tyres thats outrageous..

you get what you pay for dont forget,ive had a few sets of genuine bbs splits over the yrs which if you bought brand new would easily cost over £3k without tyres but the quality is second to none and they are drop forged,in comparison ive seen several sets of damaged bbs "copies" which are made of monkey metal crap

I'd love a set but can't justify paying that sort of money for wheels so haven't put my name down, can't fault anyone for doing so they are fantastic looking wheels and good effort for the guy who's tried getting this sorted my only concern would be the quality of finish I've seen these at shows on escorts and the ones I've seen weren't 100% to be honest

That said, as with most things, if you want something badly enough then you usually fork out.

Well the Rotas were £880 which was enough and I would have thought the escos wheels would be easier to manufacture £1500 is taking the pi$$ to be honest
