Nordschleife, there's only two barriers to worry about - the ones on the left and the ones on the right .

Well I've today recieved a set of the newer style Koni's off Mike ( Thanks fella )
and the bottom mounting is a far better design and has a proper shoulder for the location where it sits on the hub carrier.
Will get some pics in the morning.

Interesting thread!
Fitted mine last night and its sitting with the shoulder a good distance above the hub and the car hasn't sat how I wanted ( I went for the lower Ahmeds ) and even after a good run tonight it's still level front to back.
I'm going to remove the pinch bolt and let the shocks sit on the shoulder and if it sits fine them I'm taking them out tomorrow and making the hole bigger.
Ill report with pics lolsigpic

Few Pics
How it sits with the pinch bolt in as MR KONI designed it
As you can see a good 8/10mm
as it sits underneath
Taken the pinch bolt out and sat it on the shoulder
As it sits underneath with the pinch bolt out and the shocker sat in upto the shoulder
I aint right impressed TBH.
Would ahmed of designed his springs on a Koni flush to the shoulder or how they actually sit when you buy them??
Ill be happy with the car sat another 8/10mm lower as im guessing that would give me the nose down, as ahmed said theyd be
Tomorrow night will tellsigpic
